Back to US

After well spend 2 months in India , I am back in US.  India trip as expected was hectic but memorable.

It took an unexpected turn when I found myself trapped in 221g monster. I wanted to extend my stay in India , but out of my own choice and not an imposed one. But luck favored me and I got the successful visa stamping within 3 weeks time.   As they say "All's well that ends well".

After that I did extend my stay in India for a month of my own and got to spend some quality and amazing amazing time with "Family".

Initially, After 3 years I felt like a alien in my own country, it took a while to get accustomed to the roads, people , place, environment and most importantly "traffic". Traffic it seems is getting worse in India day by day. But once that one week passed off and jet lag vanished, it felt I have never left.   Such are the ties with your roots.

One thing which we noticed and kind of struggled all the while was how "expensive" India has become. A simple cup of tea which was of  2 rupees, now cost 10 rupees. Inflation I must say is one of the biggest problems of India...There was always a calculation going on in the mind "converting rupees into dollars" .

But still we enjoyed our stay there and tried to eat as much as we can and meet as many people as we can.

Waiting to go back home again now!!!!
